At iPremom, we are looking for a Study Nurse (Research Nurse) to join our Clinical Studies team and support the operational coordination of an innovative clinical research project.

The role will be based across Hospital Universitario Doctor Peset and Hospital Universitario y Politécnico La Fe (Valencia), working closely with investigators, healthcare professionals, and the Clinical Studies team to ensure the successful execution of the study.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform blood collection procedures according to clinical practice and study protocols.
- Prepare, label, process, store, and manage biological samples.
- Coordinate sample shipments while ensuring full sample traceability.
- Enter and maintain accurate clinical data in the electronic Case Report Form (eCRF).
- Review data quality and support the resolution of data queries.
- Maintain the Investigator Site File (ISF) and study documentation.
- Support participant screening according to protocol eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate study visits and patient scheduling.
- Prepare the site for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), study procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators, Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), and the Clinical Studies Manager.
- Proactively communicate protocol deviations and operational issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trials or clinical research.
- Experience performing blood collection and patient care.
- Experience handling and processing biological samples.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Experience working with eCRF/Electronic Data Capture systems.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR); experience with Orion Clinic is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Intermediate English is desirable.
