You will work with a diverse range of pediatric clients, collaborating with families and a supportive team of therapists and educators to foster optimal communication skills. Your expertise will be key in helping children overcome challenges and reach their full communicative potential.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children aged 0-12 using appropriate diagnostic tools and telehealth platforms.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and in collaboration with parents/guardians.

Deliver engaging and effective speech and language therapy sessions via live video conferencing, adapting techniques for a remote environment.

Provide training and support to parents/guardians to facilitate carryover of therapy goals into the home environment.

Monitor client progress, document all sessions and interventions accurately, and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to child development.

Stay current with research, best practices, and technological advancements in speech‑language pathology and telehealth.

Participate in regular virtual team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or a related field.

Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain).

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an SLP with pediatric populations.

Proven experience and comfort delivering therapy via telehealth platforms.

Strong knowledge of child language development, articulation disorders, fluency disorders, and other relevant communication impairments.

Excellent diagnostic, clinical reasoning, and therapeutic intervention skills.

Proficiency with teletherapy platforms, EMR/EHR systems, and digital communication tools.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families remotely.

A reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace are required.
