We’re looking for a CRM Automation Manager to scale and elevate our automated CRM campaign efforts. This role is all about building and optimizing automations
, driving behavioral-led engagement
, and ensuring seamless player journeys across all CRM touchpoints.
You’ll own one of the several automation focus areas (e.g. newly registered users, cross-sell, churn prevention, reactivation) in the user journey. This role entails end-to-end responsibility of the automations in your ownership to deliver maximum impact – from ideation to implementation, and from measurement to fine-tuning, with data-driven decision-making at the core.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze campaign performance, automation impact, and player engagement trends to identify and act on opportunities.
- Setting up of bonuses, requesting the right content, and implementation of the automations on our CRM tools.
- Take data-backed decisions that enhance conversions and user engagement.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to fine-tune targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies
. - Be a champion in the implementation of AI-driven segmentation and real-time behavioral triggers in the automations.
- Use our predictive models to set up automations that act proactively.
- Optimize and scale multi-channel CRM (email, SMS, push, in-app, outbound) through automation.
- Experience in a data-driven CRM role
, preferably in online gambling or a similar fast-paced, data-driven industry. - Expertise in journey builders, real-time decisioning, and AI-driven CRM tools
. - Deep understanding of automated life cycles and how to drive uplifts in a complex communication landscape
. - Strong skills in data analysis and campaign performance measurement
, and a good understanding of data science & predictive analytics
