Your mission? Help customers discover our home brand products, guide them to the best options, and spot opportunities to upsell – turning every order into a better one for the customer and the business.

• Speak with existing French-speaking customers over the phone – no cold calls, just warm, engaged conversations
• Convert customer orders to our home brand products where it’s the perfect fit
• Spot upselling opportunities – from bigger packs of cartridges to extra paper bundles
• Steer every conversation toward (extra) sales of our home brand products to help grow market share
• Process orders in the Printabout order management system (easy to learn!)
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and happy customers
• Contribute your own ideas – we’re growing fast, and fresh input is highly valued
• Encourage friends who are also job-hunting to apply and join the team

• You are a native French speaker with clear, friendly communication skills
• Enjoy talking to people and can build trust quickly
• Are proactive and sales-minded
• Can work accurately while juggling multiple orders, products and details
• Sales experience is a plus, but if you’re motivated and eager to learn, we’ll train you
