We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Development Specialist to join a high-performance sales team in Valencia. This role is ideal for commercially driven professionals who enjoy consultative selling, achieving targets, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a structured sales environment.

• Achieve defined sales targets while maximizing opportunities on every interaction
• Identify customer needs using structured scripts and probing techniques
• Present relevant products or services aligned with customer requirements

Maintain accurate account documentation and CRM updates

Meet sales KPIs related to quality, productivity, and conversion

• Handle billing-related questions by clearly explaining account components
• Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance

Strong sales background with a goal-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Dutch fluency and advanced English

Confidence using computer systems and sales tools

Self-motivated and performance-driven attitude

€21,000 gross/year base salary + up to €5,000 gross/year bonus
