Overview
At Ferrero, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative, Field Sales professional to join our OOH team in Valencia. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth and ensuring excellence in Point of Sale Execution across your assigned territory. Working closely with customers and points of sale, you will represent some of the world's most loved brands while contributing directly to our continued success in the FMCG sector.

- Manage a portfolio of customers across your territory, ensuring regular visits and building long‑term partnerships that drive mutual success.
- Secure the best visibility for Ferrero products through effective sales negotiation, optimal shelf placement, and impactful secondary displays.
- Generate and manage orders, ensure product availability, monitor stock levels, and support successful promotional activities.
- Execute trade marketing initiatives, review assortments, and identify opportunities to introduce new products that strengthen our presence within the channel.
- Analyze routes and sales performance, identify growth opportunities, segment customers, and implement actions that improve business results.
- Collaborate closely with key account teams and wholesalers to ensure centrally agreed commercial plans are successfully executed in the market.
You are an energetic and customer‑focused sales professional with proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the FMCG, OOH, food service, or horeca sectors. A strong commercial mindset comes naturally to you, and you enjoy identifying opportunities, influencing customers, and delivering measurable results. Strong analytical skills are equally important, as you will use data to understand customer performance, prioritize opportunities, and improve route productivity.
Experience with trade marketing tools, sell‑out data analysis, or retail execution platforms will be considered an advantage. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, resilient, and highly motivated to achieve ambitious goals. You communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, build trust quickly, and take ownership of your territory. Additionally, you are comfortable working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in customer‑facing commercial roles within leading consumer goods companies is highly valued. Fluency in Spanish is required;
English language skills will be considered a plus. A valid driving licence and residence in Valencia, or immediate mobility to the area, are essential.
