** Position Overview
** We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Iberia team, covering the Levante area. This role is key to driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our presence in one of Spain's most strategic regions.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Manage and develop sales within the assigned territory (Levante area).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Execute commercial strategies aligned with Iberia business priorities.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and valuable market insights.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

* Job Requirements:
**** Requirements
* ** Proven sales experience, preferably within the dental, medical device, healthcare industry or background in dental (dental nurse, hygienist, dentist, etc.).
* Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
* Fluent in Spanish;
English is considered an advantage.
* Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience working with distributors and/or key accounts.
* Knowledge of the Spanish dental market.
