Augusta Life Sciences is pleased to offer a great opportunity for a driven and goal-focused Account Manager to join our sales team. You will build and sustain relationships with clients in a designated area, supporting our mission to provide top-tier solutions in the life sciences field (Flow Cytometry). This role is vital as you will play a key part in grasping client needs, promoting our innovative services, and ensuring client happiness and dedication.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.

• Clearly communicate the value proposition of Augusta Life Sciences' services to clients.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and through proactive prospecting efforts.

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to improve profits.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., scientific, operations, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery and client happiness.

• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and client feedback.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

• Attend industry conferences and events to network with professionals and represent, Augusta Life Sciences

• Bachelor's degree in a life science field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy) or equivalent experience.

• Proven professional background as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a related role, ideally in the life sciences, laboratory field. Experience with Flow Cytometry is a plus.

• Fluent English.

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary range for this role: 45.000€ - 53.000€
