• Understand customer needs and recommend the right cruise, itinerary and cabin.
• Manage objections and confidently close sales.
• Drive conversion, revenue and upselling.
• Follow up with customers and develop repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
• Own your individual sales performance and build your earnings through performance.

• Experience in sales, consultative selling or commercial roles.
• Commercial mindset and target orientation.
• Confidence in handling objections and guiding customers towards a decision.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, retail.
• French – Native level required, additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Full rigth to work in Spain
