The Opportunity

Are you a skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education professional with a passion for leading and developing a team?

Our client is based in the Southeast/Inner suburb of Elwood. This service provides a thriving environment where children can explore, learn & play through their unique learning programs.

We are seeking an experienced Director who brings a high standard towards Early Childhood, a progressive perspective & someone who can invigorate & inspire a team of Early Childhood professionals.

This is a temporary role working Full Time (hours days flexible), starting ASAP.

Your responsibilities:

Working in partnership with children, families & the wider community

Lead and support the professional development of the Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Always ensure the safety and well-being of all children, following all policies and procedures.

Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.

Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity

The Requirements:

ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Police Check

Developed interpersonal skills to engage and work with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Have highly developed leadership skills, as well as prior experience leading a medium size, diverse & positive team culture.
