Sales Engineer - Automotive Galicia)

• Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new cust
• Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities
• Executes pricing actions
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
• Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
• Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / (re) solve customer requests and complaints
• Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account
• Ensures sales strategies with sustainability goals
• Monitors competitor activities , pricing. positioning
• Leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance

• Territory:
  Vigo (Galicia, Spain) and Mangualde (Portugal) –
  residency in the Vigo area required.
• University degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; (French and Portuguese are strong advantages).
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences, including senior management.
• Excellent relationship-building, sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with databases.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
