WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Responsibilities:

• User support, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and support requests.

• Management of accounts in AD/Entra , permissions, groups, and basic policies.

• Support for LAN/WLAN/VPN, troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network printing.

• Execution of operational onboarding/offboarding tasks and equipment configuration.

• Contribution to documentation, continuous improvement, and compliance with internal processes.

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of experience in helpdesk/service desk roles.

• Solid knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking.

• Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools.

• Good communication skills, user-oriented mindset, and ability to prioritize.

• Work location:
  Avintes (100% on-site)

• Languages:
  Portuguese and English (Advanced);
  Spanish (preferred)
