Descripción del trabajo
We are looking for a Junior Area Manager to support the execution of Sogrape Wines' long-term growth strategy across international markets.
Are you ready to turn strategy into action and grow in an international commercial role?
Working closely with the Senior Area Manager, you will contribute to marketing plans, support commercial execution, and help strengthen brand presence across On- and Off-Premise channels.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to international markets and work closely with key partners within a global wine company.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans and commercial budgets with guidance from the Senior Area Manager
- Monitor forecasts, performance, and market opportunities with local partners
- Build strong relationships with importers, distributors, and key accounts (Key Account Management)
- Support field teams and coordinate sell-through across On- and Off-Premise channels
- Identify brand, portfolio, and target account opportunities
- Serve as a product ambassador, sharing brand features, benefits, and heritage
- Support trade shows, events, activations, and client or media visits
- Prepare reports, activity summaries, and monitor market P&Ls
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Management or similar
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in FMCG
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese and/or French are a plus)
- Strong interest in business development and sales
- Ability to work autonomously, with solid planning and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease working in multicultural environments
- High standards of professionalism, responsibility, and ethics
- Willing and able to travel and work frequently in the markets
