We are looking for people who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks. You could be part of the team. • Assist with the preparation of Customs Declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks that may arise on a daily basis.

• Process customs documentation with government authorities and official agencies.

• Communicate with both internal and external customers via phone and email in at least two languages:
  Spanish and English.

• Handle customer calls regarding customs clearance requirements and questions related to customs procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments, primarily Billing and Operations, to provide customers with a high-quality service.

• Work as part of a team with colleagues at your location to achieve company objectives, delivering the best possible service for worldwide shipments while ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
