In this role you'll be responsible for supporting the execution of tax compliance activities, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns and adherence to internal policies and local regulations.
- Tax Compliance Execution
- Prepare and file periodic and non‑periodic tax returns (e.g., VAT, Intrastat, withholding tax, local taxes) accurately and within deadlines
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal company policies
- Tax Reporting & Payments
- Support calculation and review of tax liabilities
- Coordinate tax payments and follow up on tax refunds processes
- Interaction with Tax Authorities
- Manage notifications from different administrations and canalize them to the differente stakeholders
- Assist in responding to tax authority queries and requirements
- Support tax audits and provide documentation when required
- Controls & Compliance
- Ensure execution of internal tax controls
- Process Improvement & Projects
- Contribute to implementation of new tax processes, tools, or regulatory changes (e.g. new taxes, digital reporting requirements)
- Identify opportunities for process standardization and efficiency
- University Degree on Bussines Administration
- 3 or more years Expertise in tax compliance
- Essential solid SAP expertise
- Essential Excel Avanzado/ Power Automate /other automation tools
