Our Faurecia Automative Seating Business Group is looking for you as Deputy Program Manager for our Site in Vitoria.

• Coordinate general program action e.g. Change management
• Support Program Manager in daily business
• Prepare high level management documentation
• Prepare and participate program team calls
• Perform risks & opportunities analysis
• Keep dashboards under control
• Ensure proper launch tracking performance
• Support and monitor of the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS)
• Drive derogation management

• Being able to work in a complex environment
• Having autonomous skills and drive
• A proactive approach to work and optimist energy
• Good interpersonal skills
• Master's Degree/Engineering diploma in technical oriented fields
• Firstexperience in automotive industry welcomed
• Fluent in English, German/Spain big advantage
