Our business line 4flow management utilizes innovative concepts in transportation and network management to continuously plan, optimize, and manage supply chain networks as a neutral 4PL.4flow is continuing its successful growth around the globe. For our office in Spain, we are looking for a talented candidates who share our enthusiasm for supply chain management and will take an active part in developing 4flow’s business in Spain.

What your new challenge will look like

You will be hired as a Coordinator Operations for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of transportation coordination and processing. In particular, this will include the following tasks:

Coordinate work for a team of Specialists performing daily exception handling for up to 3 plants in international locations

Represent quality gate of correct prioritization, appropriate communication and application of standards in exception handling

Support the team to achieve the results in their daily work1st level of escalation for customer matters

Process documentation, weekly status calls, comments on exceptions preparation, reporting, building a strong connection to customer & stakeholders, knowledge share within the team & outside, support of side projects, possible hyper care follow-ups of special setups

You demonstrate high sense of responsibility and ability to remain focused under pressure

You have strong communication skills in Spanish, English and Italian.
