We are now looking for a dynamic
** Maintenance Development Manager
** to lead and develop maintenance operations in close cooperation with a key customer. This strategic role focuses on HSE excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, while ensuring strong financial performance and operational efficiency. You will be located in Zaragoza area, Spain.
** Your activities, in detail**
* ** Maintenance Development:
** Drive continuous improvement and optimize maintenance operations in collaboration with the customer.
* ** Leadership:
** Lead a team of maintenance professionals
* ** HSE Excellence:
** Act as a role model and ensure full team commitment to safety standards.
* ** Financial Management:
** Own budgets, P&L, KPIs, and cost control.
* ** Team Development:
** Promote training, performance evaluation, and team-building culture.
* ** Customer Relations:
** Build strong partnerships, resolve issues, and participate in agreement negotiations.
* ** Process

Innovation:
** Implement new methods, improve workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* ** Resource Management:
** Oversee subcontractors and additional resources for shutdowns and replacements.
** Who is the candidate we are looking for
*** BSc/MSc in engineering (mechanical, electrical, pulp and paper manufacturing processes)
* 10+ years of experience in similar roles.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire teams.
* Fluent in Spanish & English.
* Knowledge of paper industry maintenance.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to make things happen.
* Proficiency in Excel and understanding of local regulations.
