**** The opportunity
** Hitachi Energy, for our Transformers Business Unit, is looking for a
** Continuous Improvement Wharehouse Specialist**, based in our factory in Córdoba. This role is focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations, internal logistics, and material flow, with a strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
** How You’ll Make an Impact
*** Lead improvement projects related to warehouse management, material replenishment, and logistics processes.
* Implement and optimize the
** Plan for Every Part (PFEP)
** methodology to ensure accurate and efficient inventory and material handling.
* Support Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery, Kanban systems, and waste reduction initiatives.
* Ensure materials are available at the right time and place to minimize downtime and improve operational flow.
* Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and define actionable plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and factory leadership to align on priorities and execution.
* Drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material availability.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, internal logistics, material replenishment, or continuous improvement in industrial environments.
* Hands-on experience with
** PFEP**, Kanban, JIT, and material flow optimization.
* Knowledge of
** Lean Six Sigma (L6S)
** is a plus.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead initiatives across teams without direct authority.
