Masterdata & Pricing Specialist

At Nexans, our people and performance drive our industrial success. Folllowing the acquisition of Cables RCT in 2025, Nexans Iberia is entering an exciting transformation phase, integrating two Spanish entities into Nexans Goup standards, governance and systems.

To support this journey, we are recruiting a Master data & Pricing Analyst to join Iberia.

The Master data and Pricing Analyst works at the junction between Marketing, Sales and Finance. His/her daily role is to provide data intelligence by gathering, consolidating and analyzing partner/customer and pricing data in order to optimize pricing of Nexans offers and to improve profitability results.

To perform this role, he/she can rely on strong data analytics capabilities and works in cooperation with other functions by providing analysis and insights.

The Master data & Pricing Analyst works on the following areas:

Main business expectations:

• Consolidate and analyze partner/customer and market data
• Ensure the quality of the data in the BU
• Identify discrepancy causes and provide insights for pricing strategy
• Define solutions to upgrade data management tools and steer its deployment to Sales & Marketing functions

Other business expectations:

• Participate to upgrade pricing policy
• Measure evaluation and recommend adjustments

Key dependencies for maximizing collaboration and subsidiarity

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
• Work hand in hand with Market Intelligence & Pricing Manager
• Coordinate with Demand Planner

Required skills and qualifications

• 3+ years experience gathering, consolidating and analyzing partner/customer pricing data.
• Industrial company experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
• Key competencies: collaboration & teamwork, analytical skills, customer, Product and Pricing data monitoring, analysis.
