Spanish Medical Diabetes Advisor - Lisbon & Accommodation

You’ll support customers through different channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon and the starting date is on the 23rd of November.

• Respond to customers through phone, email and chat online.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

• Fluent Spanish
  , spoken and written.
• English B1/B2
  .
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
  .
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge.

• 12-month contract
