Overview

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. • Regular working hours duty in data center operations
• Incident first responder and onsite hands on support
• Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline
• Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline
• Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline
• Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas
• Innovate and contribute from day-to-day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency
• Oncall during non-office hours may be assigned

• Bachelor or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines.
• 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of network cabling (fiber optic) and operation support experience.

• Industry experience in Data Center Operations.
• Knowledge on data center networking
• Knowledge on cloud computing
• Knowledge on continuous process improvement.
• Understanding of data center safety and security environment.
