Data Center Manager

Key Job Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high‑performing technical teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth
• Optimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions
• Manage complex infrastructure projects, including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centers
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performance
• Drive operational excellence by implementing robust metrics, incident management, and capacity planning strategies

A day in the life:
Your day will be dynamic and impactful, where you'll collaborate with cutting‑edge engineering teams, solve complex technical challenges, and transform how we design and manage data center ecosystems. You'll navigate strategic planning, team development, and operational optimization, ensuring our infrastructure remains robust, efficient, and scalable.

• Experience in people management and team development
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery
• Experience in at least one infrastructure tech domain (e.g. networking, storage, server, OS Windows/Linux platforms)
• Experience in data center engineering or operations
