Team lead for our Delivery Center. In this role you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

• Define, build, and execute the delivery process from the delivery station to customer address.
• Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the territorial delivery team to meet peak‑time delivery demands.
• Engage closely with the delivery team (associates) to develop and maintain a highly motivated, performance‑driven team.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and sustain delivery performance through process and training improvements.
• Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Implement formal process‑control and improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen.

• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in ambiguous and changing situations.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; able to explain objectives and gain commitment from all stakeholders.
• Strong bias for great customer service and ability to develop a deep understanding of customer expectations.
• High ownership: follow through to ensure delivery of changes, solutions, and services that fulfill customer needs.
• Analytical skills: effectively analyze and interpret information, identify and validate key facts, and evaluate alternatives.

• 1+ years of customer‑facing experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
