If you submit an application for a job, only the specific registered account holder (namely a recruiter or company offering jobs or their agent) with an encrypted password for this site can log into their account to view a record on this site of the name and contact email address that you submit to them via your application. If you no longer want that application record to be available to the company, business (or their agent or recruiter) on this site, immediately contact us at Learn4Good to delete that application record from our database (Include your name, the name of the company or business that you submitted your application to, and the date or approximate date of your submission).

(b)    The personal data of an employment provider, a staff member of an employment provider or recruitment company, or any other advertiser of employment received or recorded by our website will be retained for a minimum period of 48 hours following registration submission, and for a maximum period of the total length of account usage by the employment provider or advertiser of employment following the registration date (unless replaced / updated sooner by the contact person or an account management administrator of that employment provider or company). Additionally, a contact person or administrator who is leaving or has recently left their role with an employment provider or recruitment company or other job-related service may contact us at Learn4Good to delete their contact name and/or personalized email address on their behalf from the registered account area of their employer or former employer.

(c)    The personal data received or recorded by our website of a person submitting an enquiry to a school, training provider or travel-related service will be retained for a minimum period of 2 years following submission (unless deleted sooner by the recipient school, training provider or travel-related service or their account management agent from their account on this website), and for a maximum period of the total period of account usage by a featured school, training provider or travel-related service (unless deleted sooner by that recipient or their agent). If you submit an enquiry to an education provider or travel-related service, only the specific registered account holder or their account management agent with an encrypted password for this website can log into their account to view a record on this site of the personal / contact details that you submit to them via your enquiry. If you no longer want that enquiry record to be available to the respective school, training provider or travel-related service on this site, immediately contact us at Learn4Good to delete that enquiry record from our database (Include your name, the name of the training or service provider that you enquired to, and the date or approximate date of your submission).

(d)    The personal data received or recorded by our website of a contact person or administrator submitting information on behalf of a school, training provider or travel-related service will be retained for a minimum period of 1 day following submission (unless deleted beforehand by that school, training provider or travel-related service from their account on this website), and for a maximum period of the total period of account usage by a paying school, training provider or travel-related service (unless replaced / updated sooner by the contact person or account management administrator, director or other employed representative of the school, training provider or travel-related service). Additionally, a contact person who is leaving or has recently left their role with a school, training provider or travel-related service may contact us at Learn4Good to delete their contact name and/or personalized email address on their behalf from the registered account area of the school, training provider or travel-related service.

(e)    You may choose to contact us at Learn4Good with a question or comment, and through doing so provide us with personal data, such as an email address and name. We may keep a record of that submission or correspondence as long as follow-up actions or the historical record are deemed necessary by Learn4Good.com for the purpose of assisting with any query, solving any issue, improving our service and business, or other. We may also ask you for further information if needed for the purpose of understanding or assisting with your submission or question. We may use and retain any personal data processed to either improve our service to you and/or to respond to your message or question, or to refer to a higher authority, the police or an expert in law.

5.4    In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of retention based on the following criteria:
