The Sagemont School, Lower School Campus:
Located in Broward County, Florida, The Sagemont School is a private college preparatory school that offers academic programs to children from PK3 through to 12th Grade. We have two conveniently-located campuses in the beautiful city of Weston, just minutes away from I-75, I-595 and the Sawgrass Expressway. Our Lower School Campus incorporates preschool and elementary school (up to Grade 5) and our Upper School Campus incorporates middle school and high school (Grade 6-12).

The Sagemont Lower School Campus provides an enriching and nurturing learning community that instills in each student the ability to think critically and to act with integrity and self-confidence.

• Early Childhood Program:
This program is designed to stimulate learning in physical, social, emotional and intellectual domains. The majority of the day is spent engaged in classroom activities, specialty classes and fine motor and gross motor activities. Students cover Language Development, Mathematics, Science and Social Science among others.

• Elementary School Program:
The Elementary Program at The Sagemont School emphasizes meaningful instruction for each individual child. Our "hands-on / student centered" curriculum incorporates activities within all the major subject areas of Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science.

Electives: All students in the Lower School Campus have classes in Art, Music, Physical Education, Science, Media, Spanish and Swimming.

• Enrichment Program:
The Elementary Enrichment Program is a value-added pull-out format designed to attract and retain the brightest students. 

• Aftercare Program:
For those students who may need to remain after school we offer our Aftercare Program that runs Monday through Friday from 3:00-6:00pm. It is available for a charge to all students from Pre-K through 5th grade in which they are separated into four different age appropriate groups. The program includes a snack and board games, homework time, a structured activity with a specialist and playground time.
