The Language Academy (TLA) provides two summer English camps in Florida for teenagers from around the world. Our summer camp in Fort Lauderdale is designed for international students between 13-18 years old, while our summer camp in Miami is suitable for 11-18 year olds. Both of our summer English camps include an intensive English language program and a diversified, fun and exciting activity and excursion calendar.

Summer English Camp in Fort Lauderdale for International Students ages 13-18:
Our Junior campus is conveniently situated in the downtown area of Fort Lauderdale, within walking distance of Las Olas Boulevard, its restaurants, shops, and a vibrant entertainment district.

Our summer program includes 20 intensive English classes per week, as well as fun activities and excursions.

- Home-Stay Accommodation (ages 15-18)
You can stay with an American host or family in order to practice your English during your free-time and week-ends. Our home-stay providers are carefully chosen and they enjoy hosting international participants.

You can stay with a family or with a single host. The residences are within a 5-mile radius of the school.

- Hotel Accommodation (ages 13-18)
You can also choose to stay in 4-star Hotel Triple Occupancy Rooms with full board meals (Mon-Fri) and half board meals (Sat-Sun). You will also have Cable TV and Free WiFi.

• Our summer English program in Miami takes place in St. Thomas University, a prestigious, private Catholic university with a reputation for academic excellence.

• Our summer program includes 20 intensive English classes per week, as well as fun activities and excursions. The campus offers beautiful sport and athletic fields, a swimming pool and an evening activities lounge.

• Students stay in the residential hall on campus, which is modern and fully air-conditioned. Wi-fi Internet available.
