The Azerbaijani Embassy in London represents the Republic of Azerbaijan in the United Kingdom, and protects and implements the interests of Azerbaijan, its citizens and legal entities in the United Kingdom. It also helps to develop friendly relations and further co-operation between Azerbaijan and UK. 

The main services provided by the Embassy include:

• Births, deaths and marriages
• Passports and emergency travel documents
• Travel advice
• Legalisation Service
• Notarial services, etc.

Emergency Travel Document is issued within five to seven business days. If a passport is lost or stolen, the following documents are required to get an emergency travel document:

• Police registration certificate
• the National Identification Card (plastic cards) Original and photocopy
• 4 passport size photographs
• Embassy applicable (example here may be obtained )
• the state duty in the amount of £ 27 (proof of payment)

Those living in Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland or Denmark should visit the Consular Section of the Embassy in London to register. In addition, the Consular Section communicates via e-mails with citizens on a regular basis, to inform the community about the new development that allows their citizens to be updated.
