In case of lost or stolen passport of the Czech Republic or any identification document, it should be immediately reported to the municipal office which issued the lost/stolen document or to the Embassy. A police report must also be obtained.

Citizens of Russia are required to possess visa to travel to Czech Republic and Schengen area. Basic supporting documents to the visa application are:

• Purpose of stay.
• Application form.
• Travel document.
• Financial means.
• Travel medical insurance.

The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
