Only French Consulate General in Madrid provides visa services.   In case of lost or stolen travel documents, French citizens in Spain must make a list of lost/stolen items and report it to the local police authorities. French mission may issue a temporary travel document to return to France.   Spanish citizens can travel to France for a maximum period of 90 days per semester. They must travel with their passport valid for the duration of the trip.   The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
