Consular services provided by the Consular Section:

In case of lost or stolen travel documents abroad, French citizens must make a list of lost/stolen items and report it to the local police authorities. French mission may issue a temporary travel document to return to France.
Thailand citizens require a visa to visit France. Before filling a visa application for a short stay visa (up to 90 days), they are asked to ensure that:
- They hold a valid travel document (issues less than 10 years ago; must contain at least 2 blank pages; must be valid for at least 3 months after the planned date of departure from the Schengen area);
- They are residents in Thailand;
- France is their single or main destination.
It is strongly advised to file the application earlier than three months before the start of the trip, and no later than 15 days before the day of travel. Otherwise, the Embassy cannot guarantee to process the application before the scheduled departure.
The Embassy of France delegates visa services to TLScontact (TELESMART International company). Submission of applications is done by appointment in the premises of the company TLScontact: 12/1, 12th floor, Sathorn City Tower, 175 South Sathorn Road, khwaeng Thungmahamek, Khet Sathorn, Bangkok 10120.
