Consular services provided by the Consular section are related to the following matters:

In case of lost or stolen passport while abroad, German citizens may apply for an emergency travel document to return to Germany at the German Embassy or Consulate. Application process is easier, if the applicant can provide photocopies of all lost identity documents.

Citizens of China need visas to visit Germany. Visa requirements:

• Passport (original + copy).
• Application form.
• 2 passport photos.
• Paid fee.
• Travel health insurance (original + copy).
• Copy of Hukou.
• Bank statement.
• Confirmation of employment.
• Business license.
• Invitation letter.
• Proof of financial sufficiency.
• Proof of the applicant’s relationship with the host.
• Copy of identity document of the host.
• Additional documents might be required
