The Consular Section of the Indonesian Embassy processes Indonesian visas for foreign nationals, Indonesian passports, and documents or other items of immigration or travel concern for foreigners and Indonesian.

The Consular Section also provides document Authentication Services, such as Unofficial Translation for Indonesian Drivers License only, Authentication, etc.

There are three Indonesian representative offices in Canada where one can obtain the Indonesia visa. Although all offices happily assist applicants, they are encouraged to submit the applications to the nearest location.

The Indonesian representations are offering four types of visas:

• Visit Visa
• Limited Stay Visa
• Visa on Arrival
• Diplomatic & Service Visa

NOTE: All fees are in Canadian dollars.

The Visa fee is non-refundable if the applicant cancel the visa request after submitting or applicant is not approved by Indonesia Directorate General of Immigration.

All payments should be made only in the form of a money order in Canadian Fund only. Other forms of payment will not be accepted.
