The Embassy of Israel in Manila is a gateway and a bridge of friendship between Israel and the Philippines. Main objective is to explore, identify and cultivate bilateral relationship to the benefit of the two Nations.

Consular services provided by the Embassy:

  • Issuance of visas;
  • Issuance of passports and travel documents;
  • Issuance of certificates of no criminal record;
  • Authentication of documents;
  • Notarial services;
  • Assistance in case of emergencies.

Any form of appointment with the Consular section should be coursed thru the online services using the Consular Schedule Request Form.

In case of lost or stolen Israeli passport abroad, it should be immediately reported to the local police.

According to the Bilateral Agreement between the State of Israel and the Republic of the Philippines, Filipinos do not need a tourist visa prior to departure for Israel. All visitors will be interviewed at the Port of Entry. After having sufficiently answered the questions of the immigration officer, a visa will be issued prior to entry.

Visitors are advised to have the following documents:

  • Confirmed round trip ticket with onward flight.
  • Sufficient pocket money worth at least US$2,000 (cash or travellers cheque).
  • Philippine passports must be valid for more than six months after the intended date of return
  • Confirmed hotel reservation before departure.
  • A letter of invitation from the sponsoring establishment or tourist agency (if applicable)

Foreign nationals (non-Philippine passport holders) who wish to visit Israel must obtain a visa prior to departure.

Security instructions for people who wish to obtain consular services at the mission offices:

  • A valid ID with photo must be brought.
  • Every visitor and his belongings will be required to undergo a security check.
  • For security purposes, no personal objects will be allowed into the mission, including handbags, mobile phones and electronic devices.
  • Large handbags or suitcases cannot be brought to the mission.
  • Food and/or beverage bottles or containers cannot be brought.
  • The mission's security directives apply to people in the consular waiting room. The instructions of the security staff must be obeyed at all times.
