​The Consular Affairs Department at the Embassy of Israel in Singapore offers a wide range of services to both Israeli citizens and non-Israeli citizens in the state of Singapore:

  • Registration of Israeli citizens abroad
  • Notarization
  • Issuing and extending travel documents
  • Registering a child who was born abroad to Israeli citizens
  • Handling of matters relating to the Israel Defense Forces

In the event of the loss/theft/destruction of a travel document, one must visit the mission in order to obtain a replacement. Please be sure to bring the following:      

  • Two passport pictures
  • A picture ID (identity card or Israeli driver's license)·
  • A completed declaration form about the loss/theft/destruction of a passport or laissez passer. The form must be signed before the diplomatic/consular representative.
  • The Israeli passport is the property of the State. The loss/theft/destruction of the passport requires the payment of a higher fee.

Singaporean citizens do not require a visa for tourist entry into Israel. Israel has visa exemption agreements with many other countries as well. Citizens who require a visa to enter Israel should submit the following documentation:

  • Invitation letter from the company in Israel / guarantor
  • Letter from the employer
  • 3 month bank account statements
  • Original passport and a copy of the passport
  • 2 passport-sized photographs
  • Travel itinerary / accommodation details

Security instructions for those who wish to obtain Consular Services at the Embassy:

  • Visitors should bring a photo ID.
  • Visitors will be required to undergo a security check.
  • No personal belongings will be allowed into the mission (This includes handbags, phones and electronic devices).
  • Visitors must not bring large handbags or suitcases to the mission.
  • Visitors must not bring food and/or beverage bottles or containers.
  • The mission's security directives apply to people in the consular waiting room (The instructions of the security staff must be obeyed at all times).

Payment for consular services can be made with VISA / MASTERCARD. The Embassy does not accept AMEX / DINER.
