The Embassy of Malta in Warsaw provides the following services:
- Passports;

- Authentication of documents;

- Administration of oaths/affidavits;
- Other services.
New Maltese passports are biometric and issued by the Passport Office in Malta. Hence applicants must submit their application in person at the Consulate where their biometric data (photograph, fingerprints and signature) is captured electronically and subsequently transmitted to the Passport Office in Malta for processing.
Both Malta and Poland are member states of European Union, therefore citizens of these two countries are entitled to travel freely around the Member States of the European Union, and settle anywhere within its territory. No special formalities are required.
Third-country nationals may enter and travel within Malta provided they fulfill the entry conditions. All persons wishing to apply for visas to visit Malta have to make an appointment. All applications have to be made in person. It is important that flights are not booked before an appointment is made.
All consular fees must be paid in Euros.
The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
