The Embassy provides these consular services:

- Dutch nationality matters;
- Civil integration examination abroad;
- Notarial acts;
- Legalisation of documents;
- Marriage, adoption, birth matters;
- Assistance in cases of emergency.
If Dutch passport is lost abroad, the nearest Dutch Embassy or Consulate can help obtain a new passport or temporary travel document (emergency passport or laissez passer). Although it is not required to report the loss of the passport to the local police, it is recommended to do so, with a view to a subsequent claim to the insurance company.
Citizens of Spain do not require a visa for a maximum stay of 90 days in the Netherlands. Spanish citizens can visit Caribbean part of the kingdom of the Netherlands: Aruba, Curacao, St Maarten, Bonaire, St Eustatius or Saba without a visa.
