Philippine Embassy in Brussels is accredited to Belgium and Luxembourg.

The Embassy provides consular services related to the following:

• Dual citizenship;
• Civil registry;
• Visas;
• NBI clearance;
• Solemnization of marriage;
• Registration of Philippine citizens abroad;
• Renewal of driver's license;
• Overseas absentee voting;
• Notarial services.

A lost passport can be replaced at the Embassy. The applicant will be required to execute an affidavit explaining the circumstances of the loss of the passport.

Nationals from Belgium and Luxembourg who are travelling to the Philippines for business or tourism purposes are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding thirty (30) days, provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay.

The Embassy is closed on Belgian and Philippine holidays.
