Consular services provided by the Embassy:

  • Issuance of passports;
  • Issuance of visas;
  • Notarial services (authentication of documents, report of birth, report of marriage, report of divorce/annulment, legal capacity to marry);
  • Assistance to Philippine nationals in cases of emergency;
  • Allowing Philippine nationals to participate in national elections while abroad.

In case Philippine passport was lost and cannot be found, applicant for a new passport must submit notarized affidavit of loss (with detailed explanation on when, where and how passport got lost), police report (if the passport is still valid), photocopy of first page of lost passport (if available). There will be a 15-day clearing period prior to the processing of application for replacement of a lost valid passport.

Polish nationals and the three Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania) are allowed to enter the Philippines without visa for a stay not exceeding 21 days provided the applying nationals are holders of a passport valid at least six (6) months, beyond the contemplated period of stay in the Philippines. They should also possess a return ticket to their country of origin or a ticket and/or a visa to their next country of destination.

Appropriate visa shall be issued to Polish, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian nationals whose stay in the Philippines will exceed 21 days.

Applicants may claim their passports with visa after two (2) working days.

The Embassy is closed on Philippine and Polish holidays.
