Requirements for replacement of lost passport:

  • No appointment required
  • Personal appearance
  • Report of lost passport from Jawazat (Saudi Passport Office) with English translation
  • Affidavit of Lost of passport
  • Duly accomplished E-passport application form (no photo needed)

There is a 15 working days waiting period before the approval of the passport application.

Nationals of Saudi Arabia who are traveling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding thirty (30) days, provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and their passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay. However, Immigration Officers at ports of entry may exercise their discretion to admit holders of passports valid for at least sixty (60) days beyond the intended period of stay. If Saudi nationals want to visit Philippines for more than 30 days, they need a visa.

List of requirements for non-immigrant visa to Philippines:

  • Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the applicants stay in the Philippines
  • Two (2) photocopiesof passport
  • Duly accomplished visa application form (FA Form No. 2) and one (1) Xerox copy of the said form
  • Two (2) colored passport size photographs with plain background
  • Letter of request from the sponsor/employer, stating the details i.e. rank/position, salary of applicant and purpose of travel to the Philippines ( in ENGLISH)
  • Photocopy of Saudi Exit and Re-entry Visa
  • Photocopy of Saudi Identification card (iqama)
  • Airline computer printoutsof the applicant's flight details also indicating destination after the visa to the Philippines
  • Original Hotel Booking or Notarized affidavitof the sponsor in the Philippines.
  • Applicants who are married to Filipinos, must submitcopy of Marriage Contract, Letter of Invitation with copy of passport of spouse, length of stay, complete address/contact details
  • Minor applicants, must submit Marriage Contract of parents; parents' passports copies; and letter of consent of father if he is not joining
  • Personal appearance.

Please be informed that applicants may pay the prescribed consular and miscellaneous fees at the Embassy in US Dollars (US$) or in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

The Embassy is closed on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays.
