If Polish citizen loses his/her passport, he/she is obliged to immediately notify the passport authority which issued the passport. If the passport is lost abroad, Polish Embassy or Consulate must be contacted.

Citizens of Denmark are not required to be in possession of a visa when entering Poland for less than 90 days.

The Consular Section of the Embassy receives consular fees from persons in the form of cash payment and transfers to the bank account of the Embassy.
