Polish Embassy in Riyadh deals with:

• Visa issues;
• Legal issues;
• Passport issues;
• Civil issues;
• Repatriation issues;
• Citizenship issues;
• Translation of documents;
• Helping Polish citizens in cases of emergency while abroad.

If Polish citizen loses his/her passport, he/she is obliged to immediately notify the passport authority which issued the passport. If the passport is lost abroad, Polish Embassy or Consulate must be contacted.

Starting from the April 1st 2014 the Embassy of the Netherlands in Muscat is representing Poland in the process of examining applications and issuing Schengen visas.

Taking the above into consideration citizens of Oman and other nationals residing in the Sultanate willing to travel to Poland can apply through the Embassy of the Netherlands in Muscat.

Tourist visa requirements:

• 2 photos;
• Application form;
• National passport (original + copy);
• For non-Saudi citizens: residence visa in KSA + valid re-entry visa;
• Reference letter from employer with information about salary certified by Chamber of Commerce;
• Travel voucher (copy);
• Reservation of air ticket;
• Hotel reservation, confirmed by hotel in Poland;

Fees are to be paid in Saudi Riyals, cash only. Visas for spouses and children of Polish and EU citizens are issued free of charge.
