If Polish citizen loses his/her passport, he/she is obliged to immediately notify the passport authority which issued the passport. If the passport is lost abroad, Polish Embassy or Consulate must be contacted.

Holders of ordinary passports of Switzerland are not required to be in possession of a visa when entering Poland for less than 90 days.
