The Embassy of the Republic of Serbia is accredited to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Consular services provided by the Embassy:

  • Assistance in case of lost or damaged passport;
  • Citizenship matters;
  • Civil status issues;
  • Legalization of documents;
  • Military service matters;
  • Other services.

In case of loss or damage of Serbian passport, Serbians are advised to apply to the nearest diplomatic or consular mission of the Republic of Serbia.

Government of the Republic of Serbia decided that all foreign nationals, holders of all types of foreign passports (excluding travel certificates and travel documents issued in accordance with international conventions), may enter, transit and stay in the Republic of Serbia, if they have a valid Schengen visa, UK visa and other EU Member States visa or the United States visa, for no longer than 90 days within six months.

The same decision stipulates that foreign nationals, holders of all types of foreign passports (excluding travel certificates and travel documents issued in accordance with international conventions) may enter, transit and sojourn in the Republic of Serbia, if they have lawful residence in the Schengen zone countries, EU Member States or the United States, no longer than 90 days within six months.

Citizens of the Kingdom of Belgium traveling to the Republic of Serbia do not need visas (up to 90 days).

The Embassy is closed on Belgian and Serbian holidays.
