In case Serbian citizens have lost their passport on a trip abroad, they should immediately contact the police authorities of that country and ask to be issued a receipt to that effect. They should then submit the receipt to the nearest diplomatic or consular mission of the Republic of Serbia which will issue a travel document for their return to Serbia, once the procedure to establish their identity and citizenship has been duly completed.

Citizens of Romania traveling to the Republic of Serbia do not need visas (up to 90 days).
All holders of Romanian travel documents for aliens or refugees require an entry visa for the Republic of Serbia.

The Embassy is closed on public holidays. If one of the non-religious holidays falls on a Sunday, then the next working day is a non-working day.
