In case of loss or damage of Serbian passport, Serbians are advised to apply to the nearest diplomatic or consular mission of the Republic of Serbia.

Citizens of the Kingdom of Spain traveling to the Republic of Serbia do not need visas (up to 90 days). All holders of Spanish travel documents for aliens or refugees require an entry visa for the Republic of Serbia. For a stay exceeding 90 days, a request for temporary stay must be submitted in the Republic of Serbia.
