The Embassy provides these consular services:

• Issues passports;
• Issues residence permits;
• Issues civil status certificates;
• Deals with citizenship matters;
• Assists in cases of emergency.

Theft or loss of Slovak passport should be reported to local police who will issue a written confirmation of theft/loss. Loss of travel documents shall be reported at the Embassy in person.

Citizens of South Korea do not require a visa to enter the Schengen Area for a maximum of 90 days within a 6 month period subsequent to the date of the first entry.

National, public and religious holidays are days off in Slovakia. Commemorative days are labour days in Slovakia unless they fall on Saturday or Sunday.
