In case of a lost/stolen passport in a foreign country, Thai nationals must file a lost passport report to the local authorities and bring a notification along with documents proving the applicant's Thai nationality to the nearest Thai Embassy or Consulate General to apply for a new passport.
Spanish citizens (up to 30 days entering by air or 15 days by land or sea) do not require a visa but must present ticket out of Thailand and passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry to Thailand.
The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
