Consular services in the Netherlands are provided by two missions in the Netherlands: the Consulate Generals in Rotterdam and Deventer. These are the consular services provided by the missions:

• Issuance of passports;
• Issuance of birth, marriage certificates;
• Issuance of visas;
• Dealing with Turkish citizenship;
• Notarial services.

Ordinary Dutch passport holders are required to have visa to enter Turkey. They can obtain three month-multiple entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Official passport holders are exempt from visa for their travels up to 90 days.

The Embassy is closed on Turkish and Dutch public holidays
