In case Turkish passport is lost or stolen while traveling abroad, it should be immediately reported to the local police. Turkish diplomatic mission can issue a new passport.

Ordinary, service and special Russian passport holders are exempted from visa for their touristic and business travels to Turkey for up to 60 days. Diplomatic passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. 

The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
